About LevelUp Labs
LevelUp Labs was founded by Aishwarya Naresh Reganti, an AI researcher and practitioner with over a decade of experience building and scaling machine learning systems. She has published 35+ research papers at top-tier AI conferences, including AAAI, CVPR, and NeurIPS.
Before founding LevelUp Labs, she served as a tech lead and forward-deployed AI engineer at the AWS Generative AI Innovation Center, where she led and implemented 30+ AI solutions for a wide range of AWS clients. Her work spanned industries such as ISVs, banking, healthcare, e-commerce, and legal tech, with publicly referenced engagements including Bayer, NFL, Zillow, Kayak, and Imply (creators of Apache Druid).
Prior to that, she worked on Amazon's recommendation systems, applying graph neural networks for large-scale personalization, and contributed to early natural language understanding research for Alexa.
